Dad arrested for 'molesting his four-year-old daughter' after waitress filmed sickening act in restaurant

A father has been arrested for allegedly molesting his young daughter at a restaurant.
Juan Vicente Hernandez Leon was filmed allegedly touching his four-year-old child in a clip taken by a horrified waitress.
In the video, he allegedly has his hand down the girl's knickers as she is sat on his knee.
The film was posted online and sparked a huge manhunt for the alleged paedophile.
He was apprehended by police as he tried to get a bus to Mexico City and was arrested.

After the video, filmed in Villahermosa, Tabasco, came to light, people online - including Anonymous - were determined to find the man to see he is brought to justice.
The little girl has been taken into care while she undergoes medical checks, as police confirmed he is in custody.

Tabasco state police tweeted: "Juan Vicente Hernandez Leon, the alleged paedophile relating to the case of a video in a restaurant in which he was seen with his hand under the clothes of a minor, was arrested on the afternoon of April 11, when he was travelling by bus."

Meanwhile, a woman claiming Hernandez Leon is her husband says he is innocent and that the little girl was 'happily playing'.
The four-year-old is seen in the clip seemingly oblivious to her father's alleged actions as she continues to play.
A clip posted to Facebook shows the woman, named as Silva Algomeda, defend him in a lengthy rant.
She said: "Do you think that the child would have been so calm if my husband had been touching her inappropriately? Of course she wouldn’t, the girl would have reacted.
