Masters, 28 from Michigan, USA, filmed himself raping and urinating on the toddler - who he had tied to a bed in a motel room.
The assault was discovered in when FBI agents investigating Masters for other sex crimes found the videos on his computer.
In an emotional plea to the Kent Country Circuit Court in Michigan, the child's mother begged the judge never to let monster out of jail.
She said: "This man has given my daughter a life sentence that she will never forget.
"My daughter is the strongest little girl I know and sometimes I look at her and wonder how she does it.
"I beg you, your Honour, don’t let him get out. "He doesn’t deserve to be in the outside world."
Giving Masters his sentence on Thursday, Judge Mark Trusock said: You are truly an evil individual and we need to make sure that you are never allowed in society."
He added: "You stripped this little girl down, you tied her arms and legs to the bedposts. You proceeded to rape this child.
"And when you were done, you urinated on this child. I can’t imagine a human being doing that. There is just no justification, there is just no excuse for this."
To finish off the sentencing Judge said: "I want to send a clear message to the Parole Board that when you are first considered for parole, and that won’t be until you’re 79 years old, that I don’t want you out.
"We’re done. Take him to prison."
Masters was also jailed in 2014 for molesting a 17-year-old girl.
His 32-year-old brother Timothy was given 27 years in prison for attacking a 10-year-old girl and emailing nude pictures of her to his sibling.
The subject in the email read: "good night last night".
